Seven & counting
I know I am a couple days late on getting this posted...so the story of my life.
On Sunday the 29 Emmersyn started her 8 year of life as she turned 7 at 3:17 pm. This was a very busy weekend. Emmersyn had her family party this past Sat. we had a house full & it was great, lots of family & close friends. On Sunday we took Emmersyn out to spend some of her gift money & we also baked cookies on her Easy bake oven. This coming weekend she gets part one of her friends party. A sleep over with 3 friends, playing Wii, eating pizza & all the other things little girls do at a sleep over. She will have another 3 friend spend the night in a couple of weeks that way she gets to celebrate with all her friends.

I can't believe that she is already seven, it doesn't seem like that should be possible. I still remember her coming home from the hospital on Easter Sunday, taking her first steps, getting her first tooth. Now she's running, playing softball & dancing in recitals. She has lost a total of 3 baby teeth. She's writing in a small notebook "her diary", along with many other big girl things. Growing up way to quickly.
I Love you Emmersyn & can't wait to see all the fun we can have before your next birthday.
He is a Blue Heeler /Lab mix. As you can see from the pictures he is black with white paws & chest. He has a very good temperament & he is doing great at house breaking, We crate him when we are gone & at night so we do hear him sing a little bit, until he gets use to this routine we kind of expected it.
The kids were in charge of naming the pup & for a while we were sure if it was going to get a name or not (Neither one wanted what the other one had thought of). Then while talking about the pup Bryceton started calling him Buddy & Emmersyn said that is a good nickname for him, but lets name him Butterball since Scotch's name is really Butterscotch. So that is how they came to an agreement & named Buddy.
since his is now able to get lay by her without her getting up & walking away. We figure it is only a matter of time & they will be fine. We still let Scotch know that she is the "Top Dog" of the family & she is still the my baby.
